These can be selected by you or come from our network. Where necessary, they provide us with long-term advice and support to keep the training content up to date for you. In the case of standard training courses, you benefit from continuous updates throughout the duration of your contract.

Gamification

Gamification is the concept of using playful elements such as leaderboards, scoring systems, different levels and badges in a non-game environment. We use many interactive and multimedia elements in our trainings. Gamification aims to make learning fun and to make even dry content more entertaining. When implemented correctly, this creates a very motivating learning experience.

An explaining video is a short video explaining a product, service or concept. Content is broken down to the most important points in simple language. Without bulky formulations or complicated causal chains.

Podcasts are trendy, very popular and can deliver real added value to your learners. Specialist topics can be added to the learning journey in an authentic and emotional way. They are highly flexible in use, offering online learners the opportunity to immerse themselves in the subject from anywhere in the world.

Storytelling is a method of conveying knowledge, ideas, products or other information through constructed or real stories. This type of knowledge transfer is one of the most effective learning methods. The attention, curiosity and concentration of learners can be significantly increased with the right story. The story as a form of expression should enable the information conveyed to be presented as simply as possible, to be absorbed more easily and to be anchored in the memory in the long term. It also creates a feeling of trust and connection.
