Evolution vs Revolution

Our company name CA!ZEN is derived from the Japanese word “KAIZEN”. “KAIZEN” literally means “good change” or “change for the better”, and is both a Japanese philosophy of life and work and a methodical concept. At the centre of this way of thinking is the striving for continuous and constant improvement. Improvement takes place in small, incremental changes that have a large effect over time and lead to the optimisation of products or processes. In the western business world, “KAIZEN” has become a management system also known as “Continuous Improvement Process” (CIP).

On the other hand, at CA!ZEN we are also influenced by the principle of “experiencing the present moment” from Zen teachings.

Rethink empowerment

At CA!ZEN we believe that process optimisation starts with your employees. Continuous upskilling and training of your employees (corporate education), whether through standard or tailored training, not only increases individual knowledge, but also contributes to the quality assurance of entire operational processes. When it comes to enabling your customers (customer education) or sales partners (partner education) to make optimal use of your products or services, continuous e-training also helps to simplify internal processes, free up resources and create lasting bonds.
